Frankvk Posted December 2, 2012 Author Report Share Posted December 2, 2012 Most of the pens I personally use have F nibs so I can best compare those, the Montegrappa F nib is certainly thinner than a Montblanc or Visconti F, so depending on which pens you're using, you're likely right that it may be a thinner M than some other brands.
